Bahay kubo is my favorite subject because I have so much fun painting them, with all the sweet memories growing up hanging around with my friends in their bahay kubo. It is very cool and no need of air condition and very low maintenance. Every time I see one even in pictures, I always want to build one for myself. So for now I will just keep painting while I can't build one just yet. Looking at it, it awaken ones childhood memories, especially those Filipinos now living abroad- all over the world.
